CORPORATE COMMUNICATION PAVILION is the new pavilion – created in partnership with SIEC Systems Integration Experience Community - dedicated to technology solutions for corporate communication.

A true innovation hub, designed to showcase the latest technological solutions in Corporate Communication, with a special focus on advanced technologies such as all-in-one displays and LED walls for meeting rooms, BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) solutions and integrated videoconferencing systems. The aim is to create an engaging and direct experience, inviting vendors to play an active role, moving away from the traditional mediation of distributors or integrators.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES: come and explore cutting-edge solutions such as all-in-one displays and LED walls for meeting rooms, BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) solutions and integrated videoconferencing systems. All the solutions exhibited will be operational, so you can test the technologies in action.

EVENTS:  you can take part in the many events scheduled and learn more about the latest industry trends and technologies.

NETWORKING: an area in which to work with other industry professionals, forge strategic connections and exchange ideas.

Inside the A4 Corporate Communication Pavilion, you will also find a schedule of events designed to create an immersive and informative experience.

LIVE DEMOS: live demonstrations to explore product features and advantages.

GUIDED TOURS: organised tours to explore the exhibition area and illustrate the main innovations and solutions presented.

Q&A SESSIONS: meetings with vendors to explore the features of the solutions exhibited and answer specific questions.

The new Corporate Communication pavilion will be an open space exhibition area, a dynamic and interactive environment designed to foster communication between exhibitors and visitors, with a networking area and communal spaces.

RULES FOR PARTICIPATIONS

Only companies presenting the following solutions and technologies may exhibit in the Corporate Communication Pavilion:

  • Visual solutions for meeting rooms: all-in-one displays and LED walls
  • BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) solutions
  • Videoconferencing solutions: traditional videobars and all-in-one solutions (microphones, speakers, cameras) with or without operating systems or videoconferencing clients
  • Teams Room and Zoom Room solutions

All exhibited solutions must be switched on and in operation, allowing visitors to see and test the technologies first-hand.
