Service guide for the date with Italian Exhibition Group
from 7-9 April at Rimini Expo Centre


Rimini, 25 March 2024 . How do I get to MIR . Live Entertainment Expo 2024? Thanks to a series of services put in place by Italian Exhibition Group, visitors and operators will have no problem getting to the expo centre in time for the event.

Entrance to the expo centre: from South Hall (via Emilia, 155).
Event times: 10.00 . 19.00 from Sunday 7 to Tuesday 9 April.
Ticket office: admission via registration. 15€ (1-day ticket) or 20€ (3-day ticket).
Visitor helpdesk: for any assistance, call +39 0541 744555 from Monday-Friday, 9.00-13.00 and 14.30-17.30, or send an email to: helpdesk.rn@iegexpo.it. Alternatively, fill out the online form at this link.
We recommend pre-registration at this link, then print your ticket and go directly to the turnstiles.

HOW TO GET TO THE EXPO CENTRE
Train: Rimini Expo Centre is the only Italian expo centre to have its own internal train station on the Lecce-Milano/Milano-Taranto line. For trains coming southbound to Rimini, check this link; for trains northbound to Rimini click here. Times may be subject to changes, so please double check on the Trenitalia website, inserting Rimini Fiera as your destination/departure station, and the exact date. For passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility, RFI (Italian Railways) provides an assistance service which must be booked 12 hours prior to travelling. The service is restricted to assisting passengers getting on/off trains and does not include accompanying them inside the expo centre. The assistance point is located at the train station ticket office. For more information, go to the Persons with Disability section on the RFI website.
Public transport: Bus no. 9 from Rimini Central Station coincides with the arrival of the Metromare during peak times. Alternatively, take bus no. 9 without any stops; from Rimini Sud (Miramare) take bus no. 10; from Rimini Nord (Torre Pedrera) bus no. 5. Further information is available at this link. Electric mobility: bikes, e-bikes and electric scooters from Lime micromobility can be used to get around the expo centre. Download the app on Google Play Store or App Store. Car Sharing 100% electric with Corrente (TPER . Trasporto passeggeri), download the app from the website corrente.app: fully charged cars that can also access the traffic restricted zones, drive on fast lanes and park free in blue spaces.
All you need to know about cars, parking, car rental, rentals with drivers, and taxis: Rimini Expo Centre (via Emilia 155) is connected to the A14 motorway network, Bologna-Bari-Taranto, which is well connected with the main European motorways. The venue is located 6 km from the Rimini Nord motorway exit. Exhibitors and visitors can avail of 26 electric recharging points in the car parks.
