Access to the Exhibition - Italian Visitors

In compliance with applicable health and safety laws, in order to access MIR Tech exhibition on the opening days, it is compulsory to be in possession of a reinforced green pass, which are released when at least one of the following conditions is met:

• vaccination with a vaccine recognized by the EU (for more information click here);

• healing from COVID-19, with simultaneous cessation of isolation.


Access to the Exhibition - Foreign Visitors

According to current legislation, the following people may attend events/shows:

  • Foreign visitors who can show a valid paper Super Green Pass (i.e. the COVID-19 green certificate) attesting to their recovery or vaccination with an EMA-authorised vaccine.
  • Foreign visitors with an expired paper Green Pass (over six months old) attesting to their recovery or vaccination with an EMA-authorised vaccine, following a negative rapid antigen test (valid for 48 hours).
  • Foreign visitors who can show a valid paper Green Pass attesting to their recovery or vaccination with a vaccine NOT authorised by EMA, following a negative rapid antigen test (valid for 48 hours).

Protocol #SafeBusiness by IEG

All the spaces of the exhibition grounds have been redesigned as part of the #safebusiness by IEG project, to ensure that every phase of the show is completely safe for all operators.

Italian Exhibition Group is the first Italian company to have obtained international GBAC STAR accreditation. A program to achieve the international standard of sanification for its Rimini and Vicenza expo centres. The program is promoted by Global Biorisk Advisory Council and is enable to establish and maintain control based on the training and accountability of IEG´s management and employees on the cleaning and disinfection procedure.
